The 90 seconds after a meeting

A call ends. You owe three people something. By the time you've closed the window you remember one of them — and it isn't written down anywhere. Clearhour catches those commitments while they're still in your head, then puts them in a real gap in your real day.

Five links, one loop

Each one is useless without the others. That's the point.

  1. SeeYour actual meetings from your actual calendar, on one timeline with the work you've planned around them.
  2. AlarmTransition alerts at the offsets you choose — ten minutes, five, two — before every meeting. Escalating, and loud enough to land.
  3. WrapThe moment a meeting ends, one screen opens. Speak or type for fifteen seconds. You get one to five commitments, each confirmed by swipe. Nothing is ever added silently.
  4. PlaceClearhour proposes slots in today's and tomorrow's genuine free gaps, inside your work hours, with a recovery buffer after meetings. You tap Accept.
  5. RescheduleThe bad-day path, without the lecture: push the rest of the day by thirty minutes, move it to tomorrow, or mark it didn't happen. Nothing auto-completes itself to make the screen look tidy.

Two promises

Alarms that fire

Scheduled ahead of time, on the phone

Every time-critical alert is handed to iOS in advance as a local notification. No server push. No background refresh. Nothing computed at the moment it's due, which is exactly when apps fail.

The app ships with a Reliability Check screen: permission status, Time‑Sensitive status, how many alarms are currently scheduled, and a button that fires a test alarm in ten seconds so you can see it work.

Nothing leaves your phone

There is no account, so there is no server

No sign-in. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifier, no crash reporter. Your meetings are read from your calendar on the device and never copied off it. Speech is transcribed on‑device.

If you asked us for a copy of your data, we couldn't produce one. We don't have it.

What it deliberately doesn't do

Clearhour is a planning tool for working adults who find transitions expensive. Designed with ADHD in mind. Not a medical device, not a treatment, and not a substitute for professional care.
